Bars can be numbered automatically by Musink. If bar numbering is on, Musink will automatically adjust bar numbers as you add or remove bars. By default, bar numbering is off. To turn bar numbering on:
Bar numbers are automatically generated, so you cannot edit them like normal text marks. You can, however, hide individual bar numbers from publishing, and move them above or below the stave in the normal way. To change how bar numbering works:
To turn bar numbering off:
Sets the number of bars which will be skipped before bar numbering starts. For example, if you wanted bar numbering to start on the 3rd bar, you would set this to 2 ('skip the first 2 bars'). This is zero by default.
Sets how often to place a bar number. For example, if you wanted to show a bar number every 4 bars, you would set this to 4.
Sets where counting starts from. For example, if you wanted bar 1 to be shown as '15', you would set this to 15. This does not change which bar has the first number in it. This is 1 by default.
